Reseller disclosure
Cold Plunge Experts is an authorized reseller of the inflatable cold plunge products listed on this site. We do not manufacture the products ourselves. If a specific SKU is out of stock at the time your order is fulfilled, we reserve the right to ship a close equivalent alternative of equal or greater specification (same tub type, size class, and feature set). If you would prefer a refund instead of a substitute, contact us within 48 hours of your order and we will cancel and refund in full.
Chillers sold separately
All tubs sold on this site are ice-compatible out of the box and ship without a chiller. Chillers (Standard 1/3 HP, Pro 0.5 HP, and Chiller 2.0 WiFi) are sold as separate products on the shop page. Chiller-compatible tub models (with ½″ ports) work with any of our chillers or with standard third-party units.
Shipping & returns
Free shipping within the contiguous US. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused product in original packaging.
Warranty
All products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page (typically 1–2 years). Warranty claims are handled by Cold Plunge Experts on the customer's behalf.
